                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 12 WITH
                   PIEDMONT OLSEN HENSLEY, RELATIVE TO THE
                   CENTRIFUGE PROJECT, FOR AN ADDITIONAL
                   CONSIDERATION OF THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND,
                   SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT AND 08/100
                   DOLLARS ($33,728.08).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute and attest, respectively, Supplemental Agreement No. 
12
       with Piedmont Olsen Hensley, relative to the Centrifuge Project,
       for an additional consideration of $33,728.08.
